per_soloYesterday was fun too. :-) WHOLE bunch of friends got together for a spate of July Birthdays...Thanks to Sa for organizing and Desi for hosting. Hung out with many friends, took some time early to go see my Uncle get married...saw a whole bunch of Harley's (My uncle is a fan), then went back to the party...swam in the pool, which was much needed for the hot day that yesterday was. Talked gaming a little, talked movies some...was bad and had burgers...ah well.
Today was cleaning, and catching up on movies that had been loaned to me..watched The Punisher, which was much better than I'd thought it would be, and yes, was better than the 1989 one that I liked. Then 28 days, with Sandra Bullock. And now, am watching the remake of Dawn of the Dead...zombies in a mall..always liked that premise, and so far, it's pretty ok.
The wart removal (On my finger) is going along painfully...the strips I'm using have FINALLY broken through to the deep tissue...and yes, it hurts like a mother. I'll spare the gorey details. :-)
And now to go to bed shortly, and wake up for the week tomorrow. Monday should be normal, Tuesday is the goodbye lunch, Wednesday, another of my coworkers who can't make it to Tuesday is taking me to lunch, and Thursday and Friday are days without my boss, as he and his family are going out of town.
And, in case I forget, I should say a Happy Anniversary, to he and his wife, since Tuesday will go by in a flash.
