Made it in, and even made it in in time for work. Tired? Oh hell yeah. And I'm fairly certain I will sleep well tonite. Go Sleep.

Now to see how the day matches the sleep cycle. I'm Optimistic. :-)

I really felt for you when I read all those late-night posts. Man, that sucks. But I bet you can make it through just one day. I consider it an acceptable reason to drink caffeine. (You broke your addition, didn't you?) And, hey, at least you're not in a job where you can burn your arm on the oven.

*HUGS*

Sorry to hear about your night, Per... I was also up since about 2:00 am. Having headaches in the back of my head and can't figure out why. Decided to take the day off and try to sleep it off. Not helping as of yet (the headache is still there), although the meditation CD I listened to actually did get me to sleep for a few hours. Going back up now to see if I can sleep for a few more to try to get rid of it.

Try taking the meication they took you early tonight (8 or 9) if you can't get to sleep. Should provide you with enough time to allow it to ware off during the night (I've heard taking it at 2 or 3 and having to get up by 6 is a killer hangover). I'm sure that the sleeplessness is just due to anxiety over the coming week. Try to relax and like you said previously, keep a cheery disposition (you can definietely tell in interviews the difference between a stressed person and one who is not... guess which one usually gets the job).

Yep...You got the second statement right. Doesn't matter how qualified you are as long as the people who interview you feel comfortable with you and feel that you can learn the job. I've seen positions go to less qualified people who showed more enthusiasm about the job.. I've also seen qualified people who have "blow it" because they seem desperate and thus make the interviewer uncomfortable. Thus, comes to reason that as long as you have the general skills that they are looking for, you have a good shot at the job (you just have to be willing to learn the rest and explain that to them in ther interview..."although I don't have experience in (place name of system here), this sounds like a similar application that I do know (name application here). Although I don't know this specific system, I do enjoy learning and I have a high learning curve.")

Didn't see any posts from you last night. Hope that this means that you got a good night sleep last night!
