Am listening to music I have...and, popped in a Babylon 5 remix that I found at KMN....
It's now at the "Battle of Line" music, some of it slower...and, it still causes goosebumps and heartache...
Time for some exercise, and then a bath. :-) Try to work through the boggling in my brain. :-P
And, after some exercise...I...ache. yes, only 20 minutes of Yoga, and the boy is in pain...gah...must turn this into a routine, lest I lose my mind with it.
Still, feels good...heart is jackhammering...and, everytime the DVD said "The legs are strong and steady", I wanted to laugh as mine were shaking with the effort...
Still, it's a start.
Now, any ideas on if I should alternate every other day...one session, Yoga, the next, Pilates, or is that too much?
